The Nancy Griffon Foundation - Director of Media

Here’s a message from our Director of Media - Melodie Macklin.  For those business groups and companies who are in our reading audience who are interested in hearing more about the Melodie’s SMART Campaign for the Children’s Cure to Paediatric Leukaemia we offer our lecture program.  While you read this none of our Directors are paid and that we are the oldest charitable Foundation in Canada for a reason. The Nancy Griffon Foundation - Chairman's Message

The Nancy Griffon Foundation has only one mandate and that is the life and care of children in both Canada and the United States since May of 1886 at the University of Toronto and with the University of Pennsylvania.   As of 2017 that is over 132 years of public service. The original Directors of the Macklin Medical Mission were Dr. William E. Macklin, Dr. Daisy M. Macklin, Dr. Alfred H. Macklin and Dr. Christine S. Macklin all of Trinity College (University of Toronto).  The name of the Foundation was changed in 1979 and is a registered Charity with the Federal Government.  Both in Canada and the United States under Provincial Medicare and State Medicaid physicians are only allowed to practise and bill for care within certain boundaries set by these agencies none of which provide for the extremely successful use of nano-immunology which is saving the lives of 1000’s of children suffering from paediatric leukaemia every day.
